User Data Deletion

At LinkInfuse, we take your privacy and data security seriously. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta Platform standards, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

There are two ways to request the deletion of your LinkInfuse account and all associated data, including your connected Social Media accounts:

Method 1: Self-Service Deletion

1. Log in to your LinkInfuse account at linkinfuse.com/login.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings in the dashboard.
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.
4. Click the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm this action.
5. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be queued for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Email Request

Alternatively, you can email our support team directly from the email address associated with your account:

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include any relevant details (like your registered email address) in the body of the email.
4. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?

• Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number).
• All connected OAuth tokens and bindings (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google).
• All created automations, triggers, and chatbot configurations.
• All analytics and historical conversation logs stored by our app.
