1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LinkInfuse ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the LinkInfuse platform available at linkinfuse.com. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

LinkInfuse is an Instagram DM automation and engagement platform that allows users to automate responses to comments and direct messages on their connected Instagram accounts. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
  • You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
  • By using LinkInfuse, you represent that you comply with Meta's Platform Policies.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All registration information you submit must be true, accurate, and current. You must promptly update information as necessary to keep it accurate.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

LinkInfuse offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 1,000 DMs and 1,000 contacts per month. No payment required.
  • Pro Trial (14 days): Full Pro access for 14 days at no charge. Converts to paid Pro plan after trial unless cancelled.
  • Pro Plan (Monthly / Yearly): Unlimited DMs, contacts, and automations. Billed via Razorpay.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise LinkInfuse to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per the selected billing cycle. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. For information on how our digital services are delivered upon payment, please review our Service Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A 7-day refund window applies to monthly and yearly plans from the date of billing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to LinkInfuse and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LinkInfuse to:

  • Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Instagram's Terms of Service.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass users.
  • Automate activity that misrepresents your identity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in any activity harmful to other users or the platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

You may delete your own account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is queued for permanent removal after a 30-day grace period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkInfuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
