- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
- Profile Information: Phone number and other optional profile details.
- Instagram Data: When you connect your Instagram account, we collect your Instagram username, profile data, and access tokens necessary to provide automation services.
- Usage Data: Automation logs, analytics, DM counts, and interaction history.
- Payment Data: We do not store your card details. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay. We receive only transaction IDs and subscription status from Razorpay.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide, operate, and improve our automation services.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Razorpay.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service updates).
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment Information
Payments on LinkInfuse are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers or banking information. All financial transactions are encrypted and handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Instagram Data
We access your Instagram data solely through Meta's official Graph API and only to the extent necessary to provide the automation features you request. Your Instagram access token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We do not sell your Instagram data to third parties.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay — for payment processing.
- Meta (Instagram) — to send DMs and access account data via the Graph API.
- Infrastructure providers — for hosting and database services (e.g., cloud servers).
- Legal authorities — when required by law or court order.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data is permanently purged within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time from Settings or by emailing [email protected]. For detailed instructions, please read our Data Deletion Policy.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical safeguards including:
- Passwords hashed with Argon2.
- Instagram tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- JWT-based authentication with expiry.

- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for Instagram data access at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
