Mastering Keyword Triggers

The right keyword can double your conversion rate. Learn how to optimize your triggers to ensure no lead slips through the cracks.

Choosing the Perfect Keyword

A good keyword should be memorable, short, and highly relevant to the context of your post.

  • Avoid generic words: Words like "yes" or "wow" are too common and might trigger the automation accidentally when people are just leaving normal comments.
  • Use specific action words: Words like "GUIDE", "WORKSHOP", "VIP", or "TICKET" perform incredibly well.
  • Keep it simple: Don't use phrases with spaces or complex punctuation. Keep it to a single, distinct word.

Account for Typos & Variations

LinkInfuse is case-insensitive, meaning "GUIDE", "guide", and "Guide" will all trigger successfully. However, users often make spelling mistakes or add pluralization.

When creating an automation, you can enter multiple keywords. If your main keyword is "PROMO", you should also add:

  • "PROMOS"
  • "PRMO"
  • "PORMO"

This ensures that even users who type fast and make a mistake still get their DM instantly.
