Learn how to upgrade your account, manage automatic renewals, and how the cancellation process works.

Renewals & Upgrading

LinkInfuse subscriptions run on an automatic renewal cycle based on your billing preference (monthly or annual).

  • Upgrading mid-cycle: If you upgrade from Pro to Agency, your account will be prorated. You only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Switching to Annual: You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time via Settings > Billing to get two months free.
  • Payment failures: If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card 3 more times over a week. If it still fails, your account will be paused.

Canceling Your Plan

You have full control over your billing and can cancel at any time—no questions asked.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Click the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom of the section.
  3. Confirm your cancellation.

Important: After cancellation, you will retain your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing cycle (as outlined in our Refund Policy).
