Upgrading Your Plan
Ready to unlock unlimited keywords or add more Instagram accounts?
- Log into your LinkInfuse Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings and click the Billing tab.
- Click on Upgrade Plan.
- Select between the Pro or Agency tier and choose monthly or annual billing.
Note: If you upgrade mid-billing cycle, your account will be prorated automatically by Stripe.
Updating Payment Methods
You can update your credit card on file securely via our Stripe Customer Portal.
Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Payment Methods. This will redirect you to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you can add a new card or delete old ones.
Canceling Your Subscription
We're sad to see you go! You can cancel your paid plan at any time without having to contact support.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Once canceled, you will still have access to your Pro/Agency features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will downgrade to the Free tier, and some automations may be paused if they exceed the free limits.
