Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At LinkInfuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for subscriptions purchased through our platform via Razorpay.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no charges. No cancellation or refund is applicable. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
3. Pro Trial (14 Days)
If you are on a 14-day free trial, no charges are applied during the trial period. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged. Cancellation during trial means your account reverts to the Free plan.
4. Pro Plan — Monthly Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Refund window: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the billing date and the service has not been extensively used (more than 50 DMs sent).
- After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Recurring charges stop from the next billing cycle after cancellation.
5. Pro Plan — Yearly Subscription
- A full refund is available within 7 days of the annual billing date.
- After 7 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused complete months, at our discretion, upon written request to [email protected].
- Processing fees charged by Razorpay are non-refundable.
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your LinkInfuse account.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
Alternatively, email us at [email protected] with subject line "Cancel Subscription – [your registered email]".
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the applicable refund window with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
- Reason for refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window (except yearly pro-rated).
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Razorpay payment processing fees and taxes.
- Accounts with significant usage (more than 50 DMs sent in the billing period).
