1. Nature of Service

LinkInfuse is a 100% digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All services are delivered electronically via our web platform at linkinfuse.com.

2. Instant Access Upon Payment

Upon successful payment and account activation, access to the LinkInfuse platform is granted immediately and automatically. There is no waiting period, shipping time, or physical delivery involved.

  • Free plan: Access granted immediately upon registration.
  • Pro plan (Monthly / Yearly): Access upgraded immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
  • 14-day Pro trial: Access granted immediately upon trial activation.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is processed by Razorpay, you will receive a confirmation email at the address registered with your account. Your subscription status will be updated in your account dashboard within a few minutes of payment.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, are announced in advance via email and our status page. Unplanned downtime does not qualify for refunds but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
